Questions about a base, a wattage or which bulb your fixture takes come to bulbs@vinaco-us.com. Name the fixture and what the old bulb looks like, and a person will answer within a few working days.

We do not take orders by email. Ordering, payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, and questions about a delivery go to them.

If a detail on a product page does not match the bulb in your hands, tell us which one. We would sooner fix a page than leave it wrong.
