Vinaco Plug-In Rattan Pendant Light

This lamp is incredibly nice and beyond what I had expected. For one, I absolutely love that there is a dimmer switch and the lighting is just so nice. The cord is really long and the cord is really good quality heavy duty rope that won't fray at all. Not only is the lamp itself gorgeous, but also the cord itself is so nice. Really easy to put together and install. I have really high ceilings and I wanted something that could hang lower and this lamp can do that plus its length is adjustable to however you would want it and no need to hide unsightly cords or switches because this lamp is just beautiful in every way. You can also remove the inner shade also to just have the rope shade and because of the dimmer the light isn't an annoyance, but completely by preference I like the inner shade. Good value for excellent quality lighting.

This gives a genuine throwback vibe with nearly every part of the of the lamp and cord being made of rattan. The inner diffuser shade and the dimmer switch aren't rattan but those aren't really noticeable. The cord is very fuzzy and might not go away with time, so if you mind that the rattan will continue to shed, don't get this lamp. The included hardware allows you to really mount this anywhere you'd like with anchors for the ceiling, corner, and along the wall down to the dimmer switch. The included bulb is also the Edison type bulb adding to the vibe. If you choose not to use the diffuser you can even see the bulb at lower levels. This shade creates a great warm, soft glow that's broken up my the rattan shade. This is a pricier shade but if this fit's you other decor it will absolutely elevate your space!

I preface this by saying that I haven't hung this up as yet, but I've put it together and turned it on to test it. This light takes literally minutes to put together, and once you install the hooks, again, it's just a matter of hanging it. I am impressed by the versatility of the light. You can use it with just the wicker, just the white layer underneath, or both together. It's quite attractive. The light is quite bright, and its dimmability lets you adjust it to suit your ambiance. It comes with a bulb, but you can obviously replace it with one of yours if you prefer. There are numerous lights on the market that look similar, with varying features; some cost more, some less. This falls in the middle so I would deem it of good quality and average size with decent value.

I really like this hanging light. It provides you with a couple of options. You can use both shades layered together or each shade separately. It's easy to put together and doesn't require much assembly at all. The lightbulb is bright enough and dims nicely. I like how the dimmer switch is right on the cord. The price is about average for this type of light. It comes with some hardware and hooks for hanging it from the ceiling. The quality is nice, but there were a couple of minor marks on the white shade. It's a pretty good medium size and it's going to look great over my desk. These would look really nice hanging above nightstands too.
