Candelabra screw base, 12 mm across. It runs on 120 volts. See all eight bases
Where it fits
Ceiling fan lights are hard on bulbs. The fan shakes them, and the glass shade traps heat. An LED with a plastic shell handles both better than a glass filament bulb. The 4 watt version stands in for a 40 watt candelabra bulb, and the 6 watt for a 60. Pick by the light you like: 3000K is warm, 5000K is a clean white for a kitchen or a workroom.

These bulbs are not dimmable. If your fan has a light dimmer on its remote or wall control, they may flicker. Our CA11 flame-tip and G16.5 globe bulbs do dim. The frosted shell also means no sparkle, so a crystal chandelier looks flatter with them than with a clear bulb.

Beautiful glow
This light gives a warm light to any setting with the same brightness as an incandescent bulb from the last century. It takes the worry out of excessive power use and lets one go happily into the evening hours with sheer joy!
FOR THOSE BUYING THESE FOR IKEA MUSHROOM
First let me say, if you're purchasing these for the Ikea mushroom lamp, they will hit the top of the inside so you will have to adjust the top to make it work, but it will work. These bulbs are nice. I would purchase again.

Can I dim these E12 LED bulbs?
No. Both the 4W and the 6W are non-dimmable. For a dimmer, see our CA11 or G16.5 LED bulbs.
Which one replaces a 40W bulb?
The 4W at 400 lumens is the stand-in for a 40W candelabra bulb. The 6W at 600 lumens replaces a 60W.
Do they fit a ceiling fan?
Yes, if the fan's light kit has E12 sockets. Check the length against the shade.
